Singam Photo Gallery

After 2 consecutive successes Aaru and Vel, Surya and Hari are joining together for another film titled Singam. Reliance Big Pictures in association with Studio Green produces this movie. Studio Green has associated with Sillunu Oru Kadhal and Paruthiveeran. Singam will mark for the entry of Reliance Big Pictures in Tamil Cinema.

The movie is said to be an action packed Cop movie with the right mix of sentiments and comedy like all Hari films.

Anushka is the heroine and the cast also has Prakash Raj and Vivek.

This will be second time Surya will be doing a cop role after Kaakha Kaakha and for Hari too it will be his second police story after his blockbuster Saamy with Vikram.

The first schedule will be completed in Tirunelveli, Ambasamudram, Kutralam, Karaikudi and Thuthukudi while the second schedule will be in Chennai, Hyderabad and Vizag.

Devi Sri Prasad will score music for the film. VT Vijayan is the editor and Priyan is the cameraman.

Unnai Pol Oruvan Latest Stills

Here is the collection of stills from the movie gallery of ‘Unnai Pol Oruvan’. Kamal Haasan’s own upcoming bilingual venture ‘Unnai Pol Oruvan’ ( ‘Eenadu’ in telugu) has completed the shooting and is all set to release. Opposite to Kamal haasan, Mohan Lal plays the prominant role in the tamil version whereas Venkatesh plays the same in the telugu version.

Kamal plays the role of Nasseeruddin Shah who is a common man.

 

Mohanlal will play the Police commissioners' role.

The film is said to be the remake of ‘A Wednesday’ but grapevine has it that some minor changes will be made to the script, to make it suitable for Tamil audiences.

The film is produced under Kamal’s own Rajkamal banner in association with UTV.

Actress Lakshmi, who has played Kamal’s interest in many films in the past, is playing an important role in ‘Unnai Pol Oruvan’.

Ulaganagayan Kamal suits in best to all roles and also this one is expected to be a lot different one from his other films.

 

The film begins like the police commissioner of Mumbai who is going to retire from the next day narrates the toughest case he handled.

The film is being made in three languages Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu.

Unnai Pol Oruvan’ is the next movie of Ulaganayagan Kamal Hassan after his blockbuster movie ‘Dasavatharam’

Kamal plays the role of Naseeruddin Shah will be a very ordinary man and Kamal says that the film was a remake of the film ‘A Wednesday’ but it didn’t resemble the same.

The film is directed by Chakri Toleti who played the scientist friend of Kamal in ‘Dasavatharam’.

Surya Shreya Joy of Giving Week 2009

Ever felt like sharing the blessings that God has showered on you. Ever felt like sharing with the people who do not have even the bare minimum? You now have the opportunity to do exactly that during the period between September 27 and October 3 this year will be the Joy of Giving Week. The clicks were taken at its launching ceremony.

Surya has engaged himself in helping and caring for others and recently he started a charity home called Agaram foundations to help the poor children by providing education.

Surya had his active part in Joy of giving week and had offered to contribute 10% of his salary to the Joy of Giving Week.

Shreya Saran too gave her active support to the launch of the program. She had small kiddings with the children who came there to get their school stationery.

Both Surya and Shreya insisted on others to give their hands to poor ones. Education is the main thing for a child, they both given their part well to provide that key to those poor children.
